We also offer a service to short let tenants if they require a property to rent for short term stays in London and we welcome overseas customers and understand their needs.

We can clear Credit Card Debts

As a result of key changes to the Credit Consumer Act 1974, some credit cards and unsecured loans issued before 6 April 2007 could be totally written off through legal process.   Recent case law and amendments to the above Act has resulted in an ability to challenge regulated agreements.

A service has now been established to assist those who are eligible to claim against their credit providers offering the following benefits;-

1. Applications processed on behalf of Claimants via solicitors. Applicants are provided with up-to-date information being available during the processing of a claim.
2. Complete write-offer reduction in the amount outstanding on credit cards and unsecured loans
3. No limit as to the number of credit cards and personal loans
4. Maximum allowed on each credit card agreement being £25,000
